Application for a Tenancy
You can apply for the tenancy if the viewings go smoothly. Before you go, double-check that you have all of the necessary documents:
- Identification and proof of residence are required,
- Proof of income,
- Right to Rent Documentation.
Tenancy Agreement and Payments
Once your application is approved, you must pay the agency fees and deposit before signing the Tenancy Agreement. Following that, the letting agent/landlord will provide you a copy of:
- Gas Safety Check
- EPC
- Guide to Renting
- A copy of the Tenancy Agreement is in your possession.
Move in
You can now move into your new home!
