Try to have all of the below documents arranged beforehand so you can move in as early as possible:

• Photo ID
• Proof of current address
• Evidence of Income (i.e. payslips, bank statements, letter of employment, etc.)
• Proof of right to rent

A guarantor may be required in some cases to guarantee rent, in which you’ll need to provide their proof of income and proof of ID and address
